  • I feel so bad for that vocal instructor. No one warned him what happens when Don and Cosmo get togethere with tap shoes on their feet :3

  • @katiep1125 Amen! I get laughed at because, by & large, I like shows like Hogan's Heroes, McHale's Navy & the old musicals & movies instead of the junk that passes for entertainment these days. (I will say I make exceptions for a few modern shows, but never have the time to watch them.)

  • @Ullarsskald1989 I don't understand why other people my age don't appreciate stuff like this. I just turned 20, so obviously this type of entertainment is way before my time but I would watch this or the Dick Van Dyke Show ANY DAY rather than Jersey Shore or other crappy shows they run nowadays. I miss the days where people had to have talent like this in order to get noticed. Now everything is just watered down and not even worth watching. It's sad that things changed =(

  • one of my favorite dance numbers of all times!

  • Donny is wearing my favorite color- green! :D

  • @katiep1125 A lot of this went away with the old studio system, though the late 40's - ear;y 50's were more of a transition period. A actor had to be much more versatile then to make it big, act, sing and dance.

I was very fortunate that my parents and grandparents loved films like this and would make a habit of viewing them with us kids as family time.

  • I love donald o-connor from 1:14-1:1:22. i'm gonna learn it!

  • Donald O'Connor is the understated and often overlooked talent in this film and others

  • @faith4094 I couldn't have said it better!! And, you are too sweet ... thanks!!

  • @dlpine71 I sure do agree...Donald was the best...he could be brilliant comedically (I don't think Kelly would be doing Make 'Em Laugh) and just as brilliant in his elegant romantic dances and solos as in Call Me Madam, There's No Business Like Show Business, Anything Goes, Walking My Baby Back Home, and more....AND, YOU are a cutie!!!!!!:)))))))
