The forgotten town of Lowestoft. Waveney district council , where does the money go? not on the town.... They lost 9 million pound then lost 35 thousand pound in parking then they wanted to build a new building called the waveney campus at 47 million pound. do you think they are working for us or for themselves.... now the carnival has been cut due to red tape....The tourist trade has gone. THERE IS NOTHING LEFT For the towns folk....BIG BIG SHAME ON THE W.DC. ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE but do you care???

The council are well aware of my videos, the last song was played on about Anglia and bbc Suffolk radio played it for a while. It all goes on deaf ears. IT IS TOTAL MISS MANAGEMENT BY UNDER QUALIFIED IDIOTS WHO ONLY WANT TO FURTHER THEIR CAREER. I will only get worse. : (

the fact that it lost 9 million pound says it all, another load of theives ,supposed to be no money and our council tax has been going up and up, then we find out they have 9 million pound stashed away that they have now lost, the new road is a joke the traffic jams horrendous, the council dont have a cklue what they are doing, the majority of people i talk to no longer go into town as the traffic situation is too bad its quicker to go to beccles, .they have killed the town with their poor ideas

Hi, yes you have highlighted a lot of the problems with Lowestoft,but you have failed to show the faeces both human and dog that is often found on the street,not to mention the couldn`t care less attitude of the shop and stall holders, selling rotten and not fit for consumption fish products from wet fish stall in the Britten Centre,for instance! And Lowestoft is supposed to be a fishing port, I urge everyone to get any fish products from the supermarkets to avoid serious illness or worse!

Hey guys. I think your all being a little harsh, sure its badly in need of some investment and new managment but its not the worst town in this country by a long way.

It seems to me that if everyone has the same negitive attitude to life as you lot then its no wonder the town looks like this. Whats wrong with the shop owners taking a little pride in the space outside there shops for instance and cleaning up at the end of the day. Oh and how about smokers and gum chewers binning there remenants.

This is what the High Street in Lowestoft looks like after £14.7 million was spent in the so called Waveney Sunrise Scheme. "Working together to regenerate Lowestoft" was the slogan. The scheme was started and never finished. And the fact that something like that needs maintenance was also overseen. It must be the seagulls fault...
