Part 2 - Elgin Illinois Proposed Pit Bull Designation

Elgin 2030 is a web show about the city of Elgin, Illinois. In this first episode we talk about the proposed regulation of "Pit Bulls" designating them automatically as "Dangerous Animals" which requires residents in Elgin who own them to construct a 6 foot fence (if they want to let them outside on their own), aquarie 500,000 in Liability insurance and register them with the city.
