anybody out there 'savy' enough to know if this song is about a specific event (set in a time of war) or simply paints an emotional landscape?
I showed this to a friend (a Texas baptist ... takes things literally) and so I was beset with all sorts of questions I couldn't answer.
silly me, I thought it's just a great sxong.
