To the sonographer - be careful about interpreting a cardiac MRI that is beating faster than 60 beats per minute. Lots of false positives. If he can run for an hour, there's a good chance the dysmotility you're seeing is due to the poor temporal resolution of the youtube video.
As a radiologist, I would advise you to be careful about trying to practice medicine without a license online, especially if it's outside your imaging modality.

being a cardiac sonographer i am scared to who you went to and why. first of all i don't know why they didn't do an echo on you before this. being that your apex is dead and there is a clot sitting there....not to mention your posterior wall....have you had stents before, becuase i think part of your LAD and CX is blocked. and get aon a thrombolitic now. or you could be dead now. hopefully your not
