    I would like independence because I believe it will make Scotland a more prosperous country. Though everyone shits on that answer saying no Scotland won't make it on it's own. Bullshit, if we were not economically stable then England would be fine with us leaving in the first place. Scotland will make it on it's own, and if it doesn't, i would rather say i tried than sit back and be a coward and let some other country do the work for me. and am sick of the English government.

    The British Empire is not the English Empire. You need to learn the history of Britain and Scotland. England joined Scotland, not the other way around. James the 1st of England was James the 6th of Scotland and was on the Scottish throne when he ascended to the English throne.
