i actually went to wales last week and did this. it was amazing. such an adrenaline rush. theres a place in penbrookshire called the tumble dryer and it proper throws you under the water and your only supposed to go a certain length towards the rocks. i went a bit too close by accident and nearly died. lol but i didn't and it was such an amazing experience! i'd do it again today.
Any young people living in Carmarthenshire should contact Carmarthenshire Youth Service to go coasteering for FREE. Type in "Coasteering St Davids" to see the video.
Where about in Pembrokshire is this? Is it near Porthclais or the blue lagoon?
Followed exactly the same footsteps yesterday coasteering with Preseli Venture, what a great day that was! Would never have done it normally, but was made to do it as part of a tream building event. Absolutely incredible, and I'm almost 40! Felt as safe as houses which was my main concern. Highly recommend this to anyone who visits South West Wales, dont go home without it!
we hope to stop in South Wales this summer, you have given us a great insight into what we can do. Any recommendations of things me and my teenage family can do near Saundersfoot?
