This track is a remake of one of their older songs, "For the Captain" (from "Stars to Small to Use"), which is minimalistic and raw in my opinion, I prefer this version.

I like this version better vocally, but I dearly miss the lyrics to 'for the captain', especially the 'we have fallen/bless the birth of him/the chapel he was killed in' -- either way, though, this is absolutely my favorite song. So excited to see them this June in Tucson!

Black Sheep Boy Appendix: a great EP or the best EP? Signs point to the latter...

This is the first song I heard from them, and is still my favorite.

I hope some day in the future, people will look back at this, and realize that this was the best music of our time, and I'll be sitting back telling my kids all the times that I have seen them live.
