In honor and in memory of one of the finest singers in country music history, singing one of the finest songs ever written. This is the late great Keith Whitley's signature song, captured on my digital camera, from a VHS tribute tape titled "I Wonder Do You Think of Me."

This man is the GREATEST country music poet love song writer of all time next to Doug Stone,,No one has come close to Keith yet,,,and I still play his songs at weddings today,, it s amazing the kds of today even know him.

Keith was born on July 1,1954 my husband who passed away in Aug 95 birthday was July 1st 1948 I loved this song as he did this was the last song he and I ever danced to on may 20,1995 awesome singer will be much missed as my husband is

I don't know if this is the best country song, but its close. I appreciate the song and the fact that Keith wrote and recorded the song, means alot of to people and myself. Great song and wish Keith could have held it together for a few more years...peace

actually the songwriter is the legendary Bob McDill, nonetheless, these two are a tremendous combination, especially with Garth Funds producing and "The Players" (Eddie Bayers-drums, Brent Mason -electric and others) as the studio musicians!
