@Crazylegs973 I call them "JT's", jealous trolls.

@HwyPony The Chauchat was one of the first light machine guns designed to be a mobile machine gun but was terrible in service. The Lewis Gun was far superior but Politics played a dirty hand in Allied countries felt obligated to France and used thier gun. Many a Allied soldier died needlessly because thier guns were taken away from them and then given the Chauchat.

That gun is dirty, ugly, janky, and a god-awful impractical relic of Great War tomfoolery... I love it with all my heart : D

@C2builder I don't suppose you have a Bushmaster Chain Gun, or a GUA-8 Avenger in your arsenal?? :D

I had never realized that the whole drum rotated like that until I saw a photo of the internals of a Lweis drum earlier. That's why I found this video, to make sure. I'd love to shoot one of these some day. But then again there's a lot of guns I'd like to shoot some day!

My father told me that could strip down and then assemble one of these with his eyes closed.

Wasn't that what they put on the biplanes? It wasn't half bad, was it?

Do you have a Madsen machine gun or a Mondragón rifle? I would like to see a video of those.

Not talking about the lewis. In Regards to the Chauchat. Sorry.
I'll assume that as a C2 builder, you make a lot of your own parts given the age of a lot of the weapons you have. As such, where do you get the diagrams and part information with the level of specificity you need? Do you just reverse engineer from spare and broken parts?

@Komodokid57 i usually locate a original part (borrowed or loaned) and make the new part from that.
