  • Lets not 4 get nas was past his best by the time he faught barrera and even in this fight you could see nas reling too much on power nas just got too lazy other wise barrera could never beat him and plus barrera won on points

  • The Mafia told me to go down in the 11.

  • @MegaYouri13 naseem was great at ametures he was fighting better than some professionals.

  • @sf2explus .... if Naz was a great fighter he would have come prepared.

  • nas a legend in my opinion shame he had to retire so early, but if ya heart aint init then fair cred , or as nas would say (his power was to much for his hands to handle)

  • @sf2explus

No fighter is in his prime at 21, and age has everything to do with it. It also has a lot to do with things that come with age, such as knowledge, experience, better oponants, ability etc. When a fighter gets to old, his body slows down and he exits his prime. Naseem was not fighting top fighters at the age of 21, there is no way you could a "prime" for any fighter that early. In his prime, he didn't train properly and the competition he faced was better than him.

  • @FameKillusion i said 21 but your right, in alot of ways you could say nas was in his prime as a teenage boy. 18. to me nas when from a boxer to a one punch artist.

  • @sf2explus that's exactly the truth. prime got nothing businees with age. at least not in case of hamed, his prime was from his debut (age18) to about his 30th bout (age 24),after he got much more slower, made getting more mistake,he lost his illusive style as well he was more friendly. as it got clear he was the hardest puncher probably he trained less, and just waited for his big punch meanwhile took lots of shots.when barrera beat him Hamed admited he was better, simple as anything

  • @JohnQRandom you got it wrong there mate he was at his prime at 21 and also prime is nothing got to do with age. look at his shape and condition when he was 21-24 you will see a big difference there and also he was boxing at that time later on he became a one punch artist. age is nothing got to do with prime.

  • @sf2explus

"nas was past his best by the time he faught barrera"

he turned 27 about a month before this fight so he wasn't even in his prime yet. Why can't naseem fans just admit that he became famous by defeating average fighters??
