"EMOTIONAL CORE" Mikayla & the FOG (original song)

Have you ever looked into your own eyes and wondered who was looking back? EMOTIONAL CORE is the story of 14-year-old Mikayla's search for her true self. Music provided by The FOG (fat old guy).

Mikayla's existential crisis began 3-years ago when she sent a CD of original music to the Spokane Inlander newspaper which was reviewing local artists. The reviewer asserted that Mikayla had yet to find her 'emotional core' which launched the journey.

I wanted to also say I like how each verse flows into the same chorus. That's a classic, tested technique used by many blues songwriters but it's not so easy to pull off.
