Crawling isnt a cmd, its an apex plugin.
So is gravity.

You don't need a plugin to change gravity. Just use sv_gravity command to change the gravity (default 800). As for the crawling, survivor_allow_crawling 1 and survivor_crawl_speed 20 to activate it.
