This is an ABB IRB 6400 industrial robot being used to manufacture pallets using a nail gun.

The IRB 6400 is a very strong and reliable robot frequently used in the car industry. We test, clean and repaint them and resell them to many industries. This robot has a S4 M94A controller and was manufactured in 1994. Our price for this type of robot is around £5,000 for a robot with around 30,000 hours (they last over 100,000) The tooling, programming and set up will vary depending an application. This robot was set up and programmed by G-Robots in Hungary.

The accuracy of the robot is around 0.1mm payload 120kg, reach 2.4m.
