Quite a ride. Here are the numbers: 4700 feet, hundreds of open range cows, 11 riders*, 5 miles of gravel on Big Hill, 2 miles of impossible rocky single track ridden by some, 1 canal path, 1 flat tire. We found a brand new "road" -- Big Hill to Orr Creek the back way on a trail that was just cleared by Jim HS. What would we do without Jim? Polka dots to Collin Samaan and Scott Lee. (*including Sarah M, Linda E, Stefan G, Mark B, Dan S, Rich H, Scott Lee, Collin S, Jim HS, Rich St).

Nice! What kind of cameras/mounts did you use? I've played around with mounting cameras on my bike, but the footage was so shaky that it was unusable even on the smoothest roads.

Quite Good; nice choice of muzic/vid; cows aren't very coordinated....

Holy Cow! I would never take my road bike over some of that terrain.

It was GoPro HD, shot at 720/60fps. GoPro makes the best mounts and the mount is key. I use their roll bar mount around the stem and a handle bar mount on the seat post. Amazing how smooth considering the terrain. By far the best sports cam I've ever used. The have a ton of other mounts also, check them out goprocamera

Thanks, ha ya that cow followed us for a half a mile up the road until he biffed in the ditch. The single track was a little soft since such a new trail but yet doable.
