ONCE -- a little movie with a BIG heart

ONCE from writer/director John Carney is the kind of Irish indy film that
makes you feel, well, all warm and fuzzy before it leaves you tearing
up from the bittersweet beauty of it. Okay, melodramatic, I'll admit.
But see it. And if you don't at LEAST walk away humming the music,
margaritas are on me. :)

I was in Prague for five weeks in 2006 -- working on a film. Your counry is breathtakingly beautiful, and the people are wonderful. I can't wait to go back to Prague. And Czesky Krumlov. Did you know that the Irish and the Czechs share a common Celtic background? That's what I've been told.
