  • You'd be surprised how many people don't follow this basic sort of advice. In May 2009 a TAM flight from GRU to MIA hit CAT and there were 21 injuries. Then some dumb-ass passenger made a statement to the press that she was planning to sue, because the aircraft's weather-radar hadn't detected the turbulence ahead. LOL!  Dumb-ass.
