how do u get that sound out of ur amp, ive been trying to match it with certain tuning and changing up the amps a lil but i just cant get it

first, i don't use an amp at home. I use a korg ax1000g effect board which is hooked up with my pc and stereo. The board emulates a mesa-like sound, but don't ask me about the cabinet simulation, it's a 4x12 speaker cabinet and i think the setting says modern or classic. The advantage of this setup clearly lies in the possibility to use headphones. Also, and i may add coincidentally, it sounds pretty good.
