Camp 5 construction was based upon a modern air-conditioned two-story maximum-security design used for U.S. federal penitentiaries. Composed of four wings of 12 to 14 individual cells each, the facility holds about 100 individuals. Camp 5 detainees are deemed to be the highest threat to themselves, other detainees or guards. Most detainees that are housed here are of high intelligence value.

BTW the windows are covered so the detainees cant see the camera..... they are uncovered as soon as the camera leaves.

I was here for a year..... The MPs got abused not the detainees.... you try walking a tier for 12 hours 6 days a week with people kicking cell doors and throwing shit, piss, semen, blood, spit, vomit all mixed together on you... see how you like it..... 3 of my battle buddies left there with Hep and TB because we couldnt know which ones hadnt.... so when they would throw that crap on us we were all exposed.

I heard that this was very accurate eventhough these guys are thought to be abused 24/7. The most interesting is the MP response force in 3-5 seconds! Thats fast!
