TF2 How To Idle The Easy Way

launch options: -console -noshader -nosound -textmode

mapname: achievement_idle

EDIT:For all of you that get a beeping noise here is how to remove it: Open the "Run..." prompt by pressing WinKey and R (Tip: WinKey is next to your left alt!) In the "Run..." prompt type in "cmd", and press enter The command prompt will appear. In this window type in "sc config beep start= disabled", and press enter Now, put in "net stop beep", and let it do its thing. You're done! Feel free to close the command prompt

Most idle servers have a time limit of 60 minutes, how do you get around that.

@TheBlahthing do they? hmm i havnt idled in a while, i guess you'll just have to keep searching for a server that doesnt do this, or maybe its a patch that recently came out.

Just a question, this still aplys the limit cap right? Let's assume i do this after the cap reset, i can still only get the limit for that week right?

@AlexPatsazZ If you turn the game, steam or the computer off the process will no longer be running, and will boot you from the server. So no, you have to have the game running or else it aint idiling.

Hey does this still work? And if you still do idle can you give me the server ip you idle in coz most of the idle servers change maps after 60 minutes
