Cool -- keep it up, keep pushing, do not allow the mind to fuck with you.

What I found to be of extreme importance to stop myself from smoking weed again after having stopped smoking is Breath: when the want/need/desire comes up simply breathe through it (the thought/emotion/feeling -- the memory of weed as the energy it provided) and remain here as the physical.

I really saw her death coming already 5 years ago and I was so worried.

Joao`s contribution is the best I have found so far about Amy`s destiny and what the reasons were for that girl`s decline.

It`s a pity that girl went so early, she had a great voice.

good video brother.i was addicted to heroin and cocaine.if i look back,,,i think that cocaine was the worsed.but i saw rock bottom.today because of my choice for life,,,im still here.i see life now as a beautiful gift.i enjoy every minute of it.i still have to take medication but i absolutely am free of cocaine heroine weed and all other substances.heroin addiction is all about nowt wanting to grow up.bb

@212nycelle212 Great advice for an addict who's strung out or an alcoholic who can't stop drinking. Just believe in yourself, everything will be fine. Ever been to rehab? It's a damn good place to start.

I agree 1000% Rehab is for loosers, shrinks keep you focused on the problem(s) which creates more pain! Forgive ones self, than forgive others, surrender & let go! Now you have truly freed the ego. Don't by into the BS, Dogma! Believe in ones self, step into your own power than you have freed the mind of all self delusion. Great video, thanks for sharing your wisdom. Namaste xxxooxxx
