very nice playing. the pianist deserves more recognition, these Brahms collaborative piano works are practically dual solo or rather almost solo piano with violin accompanyment, they are wicked hard to execute on their own, harder with nice ensemble. bravo to the BOTH of them!

This music is written into my heart. When I was at my desk trying to do my A level maths, getting nowhere, I would excuse my laziness by listening to the violin sonatas, telling myself Brahms certainly deserved my attention much more than imaginary numbers :-) ♥ andrea
