I am 70 days and have lost 65 lbs, I love what you have say about things we go through and how good life is and will be. I have gone days without loss and even gained weight, how discouraging!  Yet in 3 days later I can loose 5 lbs? eh?THANK you for your time and you are an great inspiration.
