I first had Schizotypal, then when OCD set upon me, i was also diagnosed with depression, and as the OCD started to go away, social anxiety and low self esteem became more prominent.

Good video, and so true, it is all about realizing that even if people are thinking those things about you, you shouldn't care! Its easier said than done, but its the ultimate goal ;) thanks so much for posting it!

To the SA thing, yes if you really wanna say something, just say it (its gonna make you self-confident and its intersting to see other people react).

Wow you look Great!, Compared to your last video I had to backspace to check to see if it was the same lad. Kinda skeptical if this is true or weather you made it up. But hey glad to see uve overcome your issues and giving those hope in bad times peace

I never had Social Anxiety Disorder. This is more about just not giving a shit what people think. It's about Social Anxiety in terms of being "shy" which everyone experiences, which I used to be and am not anymore.

No shyness is not part of OCD. If that were true then it could be argued that 50% of the population have OCD! IMO being shy is social anxiety, because you feel limited towards your social actions since you're afraid of how people will react and what they will think about you.
How shy are you? I used to be shy in situations where I met new people, so what I did was I decided to just start talking to people everywhere. This had a tremendously positive effect on me, and you should do it too!
