This is a good demo video. However, the voice talent sounds like she is stuffed up. Probably a compression issue. You may want to make a visual indication for subjects changes, because it seems to run straight through and may be hard to people who are searching for specific information. Perhaps LArge text or chapter points. If you supply a list of times and the names in your description, YouTube will allow the user to click on the time and go directly to it in the video.
