Rimelig nice . Ovaflatedrev og greier , var ganske treg da ?

the prop is cavatating try put it lower down in the water it will go alot faster
-
PROP WAS IN BOATS WHITE WATER AND NEVER GOT TO GET IN CLEAN WATER.
-
just wrong prop and gearing
-
looks like you should increase the pitch on your prop a bit
-
looks slow...BUT! it said testrun so im happy :)

is there something wrong with the prop setup? I dont know much about powerboats but this just seems to make a lot of noise and go nowhere. I've seen way faster boats with outboards smaller than 180bhp, so I'm not sure what the point is of this thing other than wasting a lot of fuel! was the prop setup just way off the mark? how does the boat run now, after more development?

slow as fuck
Yet an old ignorant american.. :) Where would we have been if always chosen the easy way and not dear to try something new.. Any fool knows that this would work with a 300 to 350 hp outboard. The question and discussion that lead to this project was if an advanced bike engine could perform equal to an outboard but use less fuel, have lower cost better COG etc...

boost the motor!, change the drive to a jet pump. trust me

We will try a Ballistic 25" four blade and do som mapping ont the DTA S60 ECU. If that doesen't work ..a turbo will then be the next step. We have orginal gearbox with 6 gear, so the pitch have to be large to get the wanted top speed..

Nice try, but too less torque in that little motor... 28" is way too big.

The torque was'nt a problem. It manage to get the boat up without using the gear, 6th gear was no problem. There is approx. 120 Nm @ 3000 rmp and the boat is not that heavy..

Fina a bigger propeller:). that should solve the speed problem:) ive got danza my self.

On this movie the speed was not the issue. We was interessted to see it we had enough cooling for the engine, the steering rudder and if it was possible to change gear. (we use standard gearbox without cluch, 6 sequensial gears). So if the pich of the proppeler is to little we can change to a higher gear.. We run with a Yamaha high speed 28" on the movie, but the slip where much to high, so on the next run I will try a 4 blade.. Nice boat you have ;o)
