Or, how about when a customer recommends a good album, app, book, TV show, etc...
We're always like, "Definitely. I'm writing it down right now! Can't wait to check it out!" Hah!
Or, when the customer's like, "my phone screen cracked all by itself! I never touched it!" And, we're like, "Uhhhh... Okay?"

I find it more effective to just let them get it all out. If they feel like they've been listened to, they usually calm down.

"Do we integrate with a fax machine" that's the type of questions I get all the time. My favorite is when people don't know the difference between a cell phone and a PC. I love this video, keep doing more, our entire office was laughing. This video is worth the price of ZenDesk each month for our company!
