We're always like, "Definitely. I'm writing it down right now! Can't wait to check it out!" Hah!
Or, when the customer's like, "my phone screen cracked all by itself! I never touched it!" And, we're like, "Uhhhh... Okay?"

@Reklined I find it more effective to just let them get it all out. If they feel like they've been listened to, they usually calm down.

"Do we integrate with a fax machine" that's the type of questions I get all the time. My favorite is when people don't know the difference between a cell phone and a PC. I love this video, keep doing more, our entire office was laughing. This video is worth the price of ZenDesk each month for our company!
