  • If you let thieves use you like cattle, they will. Rise up and unite, workers. Demand fair pay, decent working conditions and on site labour mediators to keep taskmasters from absuing you and the laws that protect you.

  • More than hitachi's pb, it is mexican government problem. if you don't buy Hitachi or GM cars or any other corporations settled in Mexico u won't change anything. Hitachi's management should have better controlled what's happening in every country's subsidiaries. It failed and have to take act. I do hope the GM of hitachi Mexico has since been fired.Something tells me that everywhere in Mexico you have this pb... otherwise, how come people will risk their lives to cross the Rio Grande everyday

  • it is interesting how some videos about Hitachi Guadalajara are about saying thanks and missing the company, and this one is very sad.

  • Pues yo no veo cuál es el problema, si no le gustan las condiciones de trabajo que se salgan y ya.

Nadie los obliga a trabajar ahí por la fuerza.

Y no creo que a una empresa le convenga tener una rotación tan alta de personal.

  • i think they are not making the complete hard drive yet..just a part of it-the slider!i worked in hitachi for almost 5years..we are manufacturing both, the hard drive and the slider. i had been on hard drive manufacturing. during the time that they decided moving the hard drive manufacturing in mexico and bringing the slider manufacturing in our site, i decided to quit! after watching this video, i feel blessed..

  • I was in Guadalajara, the process was far too complex to understand it in a year. But ask and we will see. Regards

  • Oh, the cervo arms/sliders, a lot of names for them. Did you work at the Shenzen plant or the Guadalajara plant? What was it like? I bet you could teach me a lot about hard disks, haha.

  • They did not manufacature hard drives in Guadalajara. Only the part that reads information, copies it to and from the disc.

This part is called slider if you touch it stops working. Thats why you will never see MADE IN MEXICO. More than 90% of the sliders in the world were made here, the rest in Shenzen. I worked there and quit

  • Although this indeed is sad, I've never seen a hard drive marked MADE IN MEXICO. The only one's I've ever seen is Thailand and China.

  • Pobre estupido! x personas como tu nuestro pais esta como esta.

  • u should learn to write english first, i bet ure a fucking pocho, why do u care about these? why would u say that they deserve to get less money? u better go and get ur ass going to work so u can pay ur mortgage or the Trailer xD I've 5 houses in Mexico; 2 in USA for vacations, and in my home country Italy!, They're just defending their rights, so u better stop ur stupid criticism and start to learn to write/speak english!
