  • Dprider02, thanks for sharing your lovely rides. A few questions about your bike, if I may as I am thinking of Adding one to the stable

Do you still enjoy the 919 as much as when you first vlogged about it?

How do you find the comfort level after riding it for a day?

How do you find the fuel consumption?

  • @michaelrossonline I still like the bike a lot. I'll be sending you a PM with some more details. Thanks for watching. :)

  • Looks like a great ride there DP. I haven't been out on mine for a couple of weeks. I think that's it until the next mild winter day for me.

  • @Swipe650 Thanks Swipe. Other than a 25 minute backup while on the DC beltway on the way out there, it was a really nice day. I'm hoping to squeeze in one more "away" ride before it gets too cold up there in the hills. Fingers crossed!

  • @Pittimus84 I've actually ridden the entire length of the BRP a couple times. Gotta love that road! As you say, though, some of the surrounding roads can be a lot more entertaining in terms of fun twisty bits.

  • @Spacecoastz Yeah, that motorcycle danger sign definitely peaked my interest. Turned out to be a fun little stretch, but not nearly as much as numerous other twisty roads I've ridden that have no such warnings.

I suppose that I'd actually have to start buying lottery tickets to have a chance. Then my odds of winning would go up a bit. Probably similar to those of getting eaten by a shark while driving to work!

  • @Pittimus84 there are, blue ridge pkwy is a nice senic ride if you are in the mood to see the valley and what not, normally in the summer we avoid it because of park rangers, we stick to other roads that run around there but don't have as much traffic and are twisty

  • @Pittimus84 I've never ridden around in the GW park before. Looks like there are some pretty nice roads.

  • Looking nice up there, I'll be on my way to the mountains tomorrow in G.W. Natl park

  • Sign: dangerous road for motorcycles…use caution

    DP: Yahoo….getty-up

Bug: I could have survived that impact at 35 mph.

Lottery: does not have DP’s or Spacecoast’s name on it.
