  • Chuck Missler is the most informed teacher on earth in my view, his knowledge is staggering, his knowledge of ancient hebrew is awesome and he is more meticulous in detail and depth. I thoroughly recommend anyone who wants to get under the real meanings within the bible refer to Chucks' research. Unlike 99.9% of people on here he knows his stuff and has done his homework!

  • Please don't excuse the "place of safety," the "new Jerusalem," the marriage of the Lamb" and the "first resurrection." Such a twisting of Scripture to create: the rapture - this theory will help satan deceive the world when the antichrist beast power and false prophet appears. Study your Bibles and love the truth so you will not be deceived.

  • what do we tell christians if the antichrist is in power and none of us were raptured? there will be lots of confusion. also what makes us think that christ will rapture "us" out of the tribulation when many christians are suffering for their faith all around the world this very minute? what of the christians that have been martyred in ages past and even now? i think the most important belief we must adhere to is that Jesus will definitely return and we ought to be watchful and ready.

  • @twocentsin7 Furthermore, Paul said that the DOTL would come like a "thief" (a reiteration of what the Lord described in Matthew 24:43,44). What Missler and his diehards fail to realize, however, is that the Lord later descibes EXACTLY when He comes like a "thief":

"Behold, I come as a THIEF. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame."

This is after the 6th vial (long after any supposed "pretrib rapture").

  • @twocentsin7 Not even the first century church believed that the rapture was "imminent". The Lord told Peter that Peter would die at an old age. That rules out the possibility that Peter believed he would be "raptured". As for the "wrath" which we're "not appointed to" (1 Thess 5:9), Paul was indeed referring to the DOTL. However, a read of Matthew 24:29 and Acts 2:20 clearly shows that the sequence is trib-->heavenly signs-->DOTL, so the "wrath" we're not appointed to the post-trib DOTL.

  • @brightmasihministry Your post is exactly right. Dead teaching brings attention to the one doing the teaching & not the Lord Jesus Christ. Everyone comes away praising Chuck. The bible is dead according to the One Who I serve John5:39-40.The Holy Spirit is the One who leads & guides me into All Truth, not Chuck.

  • @marcryan71 The rapture is imminent. If you don't know that by studying the holy scriptures, then you are the one that needs to study your bible. It is not theory, it is real and it's coming....I think soon.

  • @NJHoopz21 The "Day of the Lord", which is the "Day of wrath" begins with one thing only. The signing of the peace treaty. That begins the tribulation. The saints do not go through the rapture, Jesus said, "I will save you from the day of wrath". Why put his church through the trib. when the trib is to wake unbelievers up? We are children of the day, we are ready and waiting for his return in the clouds.

  • @UltimateWarrior65 Well, you obviously have a big problem with Israel and it would seem the Jews too. You don't think we should be praying for the peace of Jerusalem now? Well, that's your choice. My guess from some of your posts is you'll rather be shouting Hip hip Hurrah! When God made the covenant with Abraham it was eternal and unconditional. God caused Abraham to sleep and walked it Himself. They are His chosen people whether it sticks in your craw or not.

  • @BogusDonut Wow, taking things out of context are we? Praying for the peace of Jerusalem is not a commandment, nor does it insinuate some kind of Jewish supremacy. It was exclusive to the troublesome times leading up to the horrific destruction of Jerusalem in 70AD.

  • All will see him when the time has come. We all will ascend to Heaven,-on the last day. Those that are in the grave will rise first. The ones that are alive and remain on the earth will rise second. And there will be forever be with Him in the air. God is concerned with the Spirit, not the flesh.

  • Read Luke 17:36. Those that are taken are ate by vultures, not raptured. Same parable in Matt. Also Gd will bring WITH Jesus all that have died in him, from heaven to Earth. One return of The King Jesus from Heaven to Earth. Rapture is a LIE. Only those who are alive in the flesh upon his return will change in an instant. Research the orgins of the Rapture and you will see a 17 yr old girl had a vision of saints assending and desending from Heaven. Read EZE 13:20 in KJV carefully.
