  • Brown sugar is basically the same as white. It is still refined, even when it's advertised as raw, just not refined as much. And molasses is added to it to give it the brown color. Brown sugar contains about 17 kilocalories per teaspoon, compared with 16 kilocalories per teaspoon for white sugar. So about the same. B easy on the honey to, bcuz like sugar, it still contains glucose and fructose. It just doesn't convert to fat as fast. Oh I have visited Hairlista n love it. Do ur thang girl!

  • My trainer told me that you should always eat after a workout because your metabolism is in full swing. I go to the gym at night, so I do eat about an hour before bed but its fine because I work out at night also.
