Even though the form is different than what I was taught. I feel you have some strong basics and to me that is more important than a form taught a little different than others. Nice Job!!!

Thanks for the advice, although unsolicited. Sorry if I do not perform the form the way YOU think is correct. There are many ways to perform the Kenpo Kata. if you do not realize this, you need to get out more. As for the name calling... You do not know me (or Amy) and are, therefor, unqualified to make such a judgement. Step away from your keyboard and get to training. Appears you need more of that.

Its not about who can put the most videos on line that earns your performance any merit. Your angles ARE off and the very beginning was done incorrectly. it should be neutral bow inward hand sword, outward hand sword which you did.then forward bow horizontal four finger poke to eyes, not a palm heel. if you're going to wear a black belt and promulgate kenpo on the internet, at least do it correctly, This message is for you and the other jack asses putting their forms up too (AMY LONG) LOLOL

It is different than what I have learned but to comment on kmer2495 and others like his.....Ed Parker taught different versions to different people so that ED PARKER would know who the Sensei is/was and how far ED PARKER'S teaching went...with that being said, yes it is different than what you learned but it is still Kenpo Karate....no doubt in my mind. I love Kenpo Karate and will continue to learn it..... thank you for the video...since I am learning this form now.

this guy does not know leverage and balance, your form does not have the right strikes and angles. The kenpo Salute is not the way Parker taught it.

Excelente bien.

Who taught you that? I have been sitting here for nearly 6 minutes, and I can't seem to come up with any other way to say this... the execution of the form is just plain wrong. This is something like t 6th or 7th one of these forms I have watched, each person doing some "competition" version, or some really poor idea of what the Kenpo rules and principles are all about.
Comments like "good job" from these viewers... says a bit about their training as well. Mr Parker would be sad, really sad.
Hello.
I am not demonstrating leverage. I am only showing a kata. The salute strikes and angles are not the way Ed Parker taught them. Probably because I did not learn the form from Ed Parker, or in an Ed Parker school. Thanks for your observations. I fully agree. :)
