Schuler Attorney Gets Testy With Reporter During Presser

Dominic Barbara, representing Daniel Schuler, issues a statement about his client's wife Diane, who spearheaded a fatal crach on the Taconic Parkway. "She was not an alcoholic, she rarely had a drink." He adds: "Nine witnesses saw her that day, not drunk... no pot breath."

At 1:10, he takes a reporter to task while he is giving his statement. "If you want a question, you raise your hand. If not, I will never point to you."

Daniel also speaks, saying he's "upset... I lost my daughter, I lost my wife."

What does not being an alcoholic have anything to do with being intoxicated on any single occasion ... why is that point of not being an alcoholic being so strongly defended by the Family ... Also the Husband without a doubt is not telling the truth about the couple of days leading up to that horrible afternoon. Now saying that i also cannot say with any conviction that i believe that vodka and pot was the sole cause of the accident. R.I.P to ALL the Victims and my condolences to the families!

DS was drunk beyond belief I don't care about her trunk full of Mommie issues or an abscessed tooth or that she had a lazy selfish self- serving husband I DON"T CARE IF SHE HAD A BOMB IN HER UNDERWEAR..
