My recipe for High Protein Whole Grains and Fruit Pancake, BFFM Recipe Contest.
Recipe:
- 40 grams Grains (mix of Oats, Quinoa Flakes, Salted Whole Wheat)
- 3 Egg Whites (Medium Eggs)
- 1 Whole Egg (Omega 3)
- 10 Grams of Coconut Fiber (Optional)
- 25 Grams (1 Scoop) Protein Powder
- 1/2 Cup (120 ml) Water
- 1 small tangerine (8 pieces)
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Enough for 2 large pancakes or 4 small ones. In the video I prepare the whole batter, but I just cook 1 pancake.
