So Hartley Peavey was doing all this stuff to the Custom Wolfgangs years ago and Edward got pissed and left Peavey. Now. Edward and EVH are saying that this is an amazing new vision and concept for his guitars, like Ebony and block inlays. Come on guys we're not stupid. EVH ripping off Peavey ideas and concepts, I never thought I'd see the day.

I played the 5150 III for an hour or so. It sounds really nice, but not for $2k + $1k for the cab. The Wolfgang is pretty cool, the stock pick ups sound good. The fit & finish is good too.But I need a floating trem and a $3k price tag is about twice what it should cost. A USA Jackson is $1k less! The 5150 was great, they kept the price down & it's still very popular. I own a first year 5150 Combo that I love dearly. I just can't afford EVH.
