Massive Water Tower Falls to the Ground.

My aunt and uncle purchased a house that had a very old and massive water tower on the property. After living there for a couple of years they decided to pay someone to bring the water tower to the ground.

I actually just found out that one of the previous owners was sued after a kid climbed the water tower and fell to his death. This is the reason they ultimately decided to bring this tower down. It really is sad considering this thing had a plate that stated 1907 on it. A lot of history gone in a couple of seconds.

That's cool as hell to have a huge water tower on your land. I bet had they had it fixed up all cool looking and had it registered as a landmark, the property value would've skyrocketed.

Hmm..that tank was large enough for a small community..strange it was on private property.I wonder why that was? Btw, I agree,i hated to see it go.
