This video shows some some of my early 'hovering' flights on the T-Rex 500. These flights preceded me being brave enough to start to really fly the helicopter around. Early attempts to use the FlyCam-One failed (you can see the camera mounted on the bottom of the helicopter.
Apologies for the sound of the ice cream van in the background... It pulled up next to the camera uninvited (Spielberger doesn't have to put up with this crap!). Comments and rating are always welcome. Please also check out my other videos... some of them are quite decent from a photography point of view!
Hi county582... thanks for your message. Coaxial are very stable and easy to fly so they are great to begin with. You can learn a lot about orientation flying them. They are also easy fun indoors. Any collective pitch helicopter is a steep learning curve. Apart from using helicommand there is no easy way to learn. But, if you join a good club and put some training gear on you will quickly learn. I started years ago on nitros. Stay with it and you will soon love flying cp helis! happy flying!!
