360 hp? What did you do to the engine? You never mentioned anything about that. You took it from 240 hp to 360?

the rattle is normal for BMW's/mini coopers, when you have an lightweight aftermarket flywheel (factory BMW and mini flywheels are "Dual mass" unites that absorb the vibrations)
