I just took my first pill after being off of it for 7 months and got a crazy dizzy spell. When I was on it before I would have moments where it felt like the whole room was spinning all around me and I would have to hold on to things to keep myself from falling over. At the time I worked in a daycare facility...that was hard. lol I also kept getting shocked everytime I touched something metal. :/

I have taken celexa for 10+ years for an anxiety disorder. Celexa is not a drug that you "feel" working. You won't really notice how much better things are until maybe 2 months later when you suddenly realize that X hasn't happened or Y doesn't happen as much. Where you WILL notice how much good it does is if you ever try to come off it. You will not believe how you could have lived that way. Side-effects are idiosyncratic. I night eat and get tired about noon. Coming off it is hell, though.

Great review papi Miguel here - I have Schizoaffective Disorder. I was prescribed that drug did not take it as of yet. I am about to start resperidone low dose for psychotic symptoms anxiety paranoia and in low dose form it is said to help with Depression as well.
