@shiragbryant00 You need the B2K (Back to Karkand) DLC. It lets you do 8 assignments (2 for each class). You need to complete the first Recon assignment to unlock the next, which gives you the L96 after you complete it. You need 50 headshot kills, 50 spot assits (spot bonus), and 5 knife takedowns.
