As a request for Darkez982, who would like to know if the Blackstar HT-DistX would work well with other CKY songs.
Here is my response. I have included settings and equipment info.
Any commetns that are deconstructive (e.g. "You suck!", etc.) shall be deleted and the user shall be reported and blocked - YouTube isn't a place for that crap, so beat it, sucka!

Tuning: Whole Tone Down (DGCFAD)
Blackstar Settings:
Gain - 1 oclock
Bass - 12 oclock
Middle - 9 oclock
Treble - 2 oclock
ISF - 8 oclock (American Tone)
SIMULATED OUTPUT used on this recording
Effects:
BOSS OC-2 Octave
OCT 2 = none unless needed or to taste, OCT 1/Direct = 1 oclock
------------------------------------
To summarize, just set it up to sound like a growling high gain Marshall US tone, stick an octave before it to thicken it up and voila, CKY tone.
As for my guitar, I have tried to get as close to Deron Miller's set up as possible, whilst saving as much money as possible.
Deron's pickups are 13k output ceramics; Super Distortions by Dimarzio. He uses the D'Addario .52 gauge wound G stirngs also, and tunes to DGCFAD (Whole Tone Down).
