Thirteen individuals were arrested outside of the White House on Monday afternoon after handcuffing themselves the White House fence in protest of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell." Protesters included Lt. Dan Choi, Cpl. Evelyn Thomas and Co-founder of "Get Equal," Robin McGehee.
Ms. McGehee has a tire around her belly.

When Dan turns from the other protesters and shouts, "I am somebody!" I got a bit choked up. You could see this was more then just a policy change for him. A man who did everything he was supposed to do and whose accomplishments far surpass most people in Washington was being told you don't count and it hurt him deeply. The pain in his face left a knot in my chest.

I am extremely proud of those involved, and those who spread the word around. You are all somebody.

They're being arrested for free speech?! Why are they ignoring the First Amendment?

These are images you won't see on the mainstream media, men and women in uniform getting dragged away by police. It is sad that this only has 543 views and only one comment.
Repeal DADT.
