I met Hans Conried years ago outside the Jack Paar Tonight Show. This is def not him! However; the outside barker was Joe Yule Sr., father of Mickey Rooney, not Andy Rooney. Sr. played Jiggs in the Maggie and Jiggs movie series. Joe
