If you paid $175 for this figure, you paid WAY too much. Several online retailers (such as Big Bad Toy Store) have been selling this figure for $109.

By the way, yours, is the first positive review that I've seen of this figure. I too own this figure, but, I agree with the majority of collectors, that Old Snake is the worst of the the 12" MGS figures figures released by Medicom - in terms of quality control. The rubber suit rips, tears, and cracks in the long run.

I totaly agree with you. I got this Figure for about 99€ and this is way to much for a figure like this. I'm trying to sell mine and buy a cool Hot Toys Figure from tha money...

I own it and it sucks your review is cool but comparing the new old snake from UDF from the same company medicom for the size and price i think that is a bad ass figure the first one was so so, but the 12 inches is just not the same quality as raiden. great review man people will think twice before buying it
