I love ur videos times million. I totally agree with you. Doctors will prescribe you medicine or pills whatever it takes to make you come back. Like Proactiv, I've been on the dumb medicine for ever. My acne has not gotten better at all. I hate it. A few weeks ago I started exercising once a day for an hour, I watched what I ate, I took care of my acne and put medicine on it everyday, not Proactiv and boom. My acne has gotten so much better. I hope you got some tips from my post! -3!!!!

i live in sweden and here we can get pills for example acne, for free :D we do pay a bit more in taxes but i'm not adult so that's no problem :)

I get breakouts when I eat chocolate or lots of candy and I get horrible breakouts when I eat peanut butter. But mom get pimples all along her hair line when she eats peanut butter too.

doctors will never presicribe vitamins or anything free for you. thats how the industry works..more sick we are...more we need prescriptions...more money for everyone...except us. always do your own research before believing everying your do says...like this angel...she is so smart and does her own research....diagnoses and cures herself...you are an amazing person!

The caffeine in chocolate can cause acne. I quit coffee and soda with caffeine and there was huge difference in my skin but I was still getting small breakouts. I researched chocolate online and found that it does have a very small amount of caffeine, its what gives it its color. Now that I eliminated that from my diet my skin is fantastic! White chocolate is fine though.:)
