Really nicely done, the camera is almost perfectly "held", and except for the knife part, it's very consistant.
The smoke and "explosions" are superb, and I would also thank you if you told me where to find a tutorial on that matter. All I've found don't get to that point.
Thank you and keep on with that good work.
