Uma entrevista com o cantor pernambucano Fred 04 sobre o movimento Mangue Beat. Fred 04, vocalista e compositor do grupo Mundo Livre S/A, é um dos principais articuladores do movimento musical pernambucano que se deflagrou, nos anos 90, no nordeste brasileiro.

Fred 04 conta detalhes sobre o nascimento do movimento, as histórias das bandas Mundo Livre S/A e Chico Science e Nação Zumbi, a criação do festival Abril Pro Rock e a relações entre música, cinema, mercado, internet e arte.

An interview with the singer of Pernambuco Fred 04 about the Mangue Beat cultural movement. Lead singer and songwriter of Mundo Livre S/A is one of the main organizers of the musical movement which erupted in northeastern Brazil in the 90s.

Fred 04 tells details about the birth of the movement, the stories of bands Mundo Livre S/A and Chico Science and Nação Zumbi, the creation of the Abril Pro Rock music festival and the relationships between music, cinema, business, internet and art.
