I would like to remind Mr Adrian Sanders MP that the right for free speech he has in parliament, comes for the UK Bill of Rights 1688, article 9. For the constitution I would ask him to look up the Magna Carta, Liberty of the subject 28 EDW 3 1354, 7 HEN 6 1405, confirm. of liberties 1432 and the act of settlement 1700. "The laws of england are the birth right of the people"
The Uk has a bill of rights; the Uk is under the rule of constitutional law; the UK is not a democracy, and that is why we have a degree of freedom and certain rights - Democratic rule does not work and should be avoided if you wish to maintain your freedom and rights. Democracies vote by majority rule the rights of others away - namely, your rights and my rights!
