Gandhi's non-violent techniques meant nothing without the British media 'exposing' British oppression. But the mainstream British media is, like all media, controlled by the government. So the British government/media assisted Gandhi...in doing what? Controlling India's violent masses.
English has been profiting off of India and indirectly controlled India to the present day.
It's a common practice...Shah of Iran, Saddam Hiessan, etc.
